Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC) is a Public Investment Fund company established to lead the development of Jeddah Central, one of Saudi Arabia’s major urban transformation projects. The company aims to contribute to the evolution of Jeddah into a world-class destination for tourism, culture, and entertainment while supporting economic growth and the ambitions of Vision 2030.

Design Direction
The design direction was inspired by the unique character of Jeddah, bringing together the city’s architectural heritage and its coastal identity. The visual language draws from the traditional Rawasheen, an iconic element of Jeddah’s historic architecture, combined with the distinctive blue tones of the Red Sea.

The perspective and movement within the logo create a sense of progression, reflecting JCDC’s role in shaping the future of the city. This idea became the foundation of the identity: “A Window to the Future,” connecting Jeddah’s heritage with its next chapter of transformation.
